DELIVERY

STANDARD DELIVERY- £3.99

All prints are custom made, orders are generally dispatched within 3-5 working days excluding weekends, bank holidays and festive periods)


UK delivery  £3.99

First Class Shipping via Royal Mail and will include tracking information.

Worldwide delivery is also available via Royal mail international airmail.

Next day delivery-£8.99

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm 
Order before 5pm for next day delivery.

International delivery £24.95

International delivery can take up to 10 days. If your country is not listed please contact sales@aluxeprints.com for a shipping quote.


AluxePrints accept no responsibility for non-delivery of orders where the full address, including postal code, is not quoted correctly.

RETURNS

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS POLICY

We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you wish to return your items for whatever reason, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number.

We regret to inform we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised prints.

If there are any problems with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of delivery to notify us. Please include your order number.

AluxePrints are not liable to cover costs of returning the goods.


REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We are unable to offer an exchange or refund where goods are unwanted or incorrectly purchased unless we are notified within 30 days of receiving the goods (for international customers only).

Exchanges (if applicable): Prints are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@aluxeprints.com. Please include your order number.

Where a refund is due, it will be paid into the bank account that was used to make the purchase.


A refund will be processed within 14 days from the date the returned goods are received. Refunds may take 4-7 working days to appear in your account.


RETURNS PROCEDURE 

All returns should be packed securely in the same packaging in which the items were originally received. If the original packaging has been disposed of or is no longer suitable, goods must be wrapped in appropriate packaging to ensure that they arrive with us in their original condition.

Note: we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging.

Once your return items are ready, please let us know why you would like to return your items by email at sales@aluxeprints.com

The arrangement and cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. We advise that goods are returned via recorded delivery and proof of postage is obtained in case of the unlikely event of the parcel being lost in transit.

BESPOKE PRINTS

If you would like something more bespoke, AluxePrints will create a unique print for you. You can use the Bespoke Print product page or DM @aluxeprints via instagram to create your own print. A custom-made print will always bring a smile and often a tear to the face of the people who receive them. This is a unique and very thought-giving gift to your loved ones.
